HELP!!! CANNOT ENTER THE BIOS on GA Z77 DS3H

HELP!
I put together my new PC/Hackintosh yesterday. today i want to install everything but: if i start the computer the Gigabyte Screen with the options what to do (enter BIOS, choose Bootdevice etc.) pops up but i cannot enter the BIOS. 5 secs later the screen goes away an a massage comes up i need to reboot and plug in a boot device.

okay now i can enter by pressing f2 instead of delete but the screen is extremly buggy what can i do?

I had this problem with this motherboard when using an Apple 23" Apple Cinema Display monitor (DVI). What monitor are you using? Do you have another monitor to connect the system to?

BTW, do not use the VGA port for Apple's OS X as Apple hasn't support VGA natively in years. Use the DVI or HDMI connectors on your motherboard and/or graphics card.

I am using a 20 inch cinema display and I dont have another monitor? any suggestions?
