Help!ASUS No battery status and trackpad

Hello all
ASUSPRO 14"
CPU: I7-8565U
Graphics:UHD 620
Network:Intel 9160
OS:MOJAVE
I have a problem with battery and trackpad.(The trackpad is not recognized)
I view the battery status,but when the laptop is charged to the 100%,the battery status 44%.
Can someone help me please?
