help! AppleHDA REALLY strange issue.

Hey all,
I patched my AppleHDA for CX20672 audio card (Thinkpad X220), and EVERYTHING works on hard boot. However when I sleep, internal speakers do not work, but the headphones and mic still work. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.

I tried CodecCommander, but I couldn't get it to work with my sound card. Can anybody render some assistance please?

Your codec doesn't have EAPD. X220 is essentially same machine as T420 internally (same BIOS, same audio codec and same issues).
According to this guide (date stamp 17-Dec-2013 ) audio loss for that Conexant after sleep was solved with a certain DSDT patch.
