Headphones sound is mono

Hi, I'm Aayush. I've an acer aspire e5-573-32JT with following specs:-
i3-5005u @ 2.0 ghz
4 gb ram
hd 5500 (fully working)
win 10
el capitan

I've got everything working except Camera and headphones sound is mono, mic isn't working and speaker is good. How can i fix it?

Sys Prefs - Accesibility - Audio - See if "Play stereo audio as mono" is selected.
 
I have the same problem in High Sierra, only the headphone sound is in mono.
