Primary monitor attached over DisplayPort. Secondary (TV) over HDMI.

I can "hotplug" (which is also triggered by changing inputs on the TV) without issues for a while, but eventually one of the hotplug events will result in there being no more output to either the primary or secondary screens. The primary screen will show a black screen with the cursor, but it can't be moved. Secondary shows nothing. I can still connect over SSH, but rebooting the system doesn't work (the SSH connection is lost, though). I have to force reset the system. Unplugging and replugging primary/secondary do nothing.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

NVIDIA driver version 387.10.10.10.40.105 (it's been happening on previous versions too)

Attached my config.plist
