HDMI out and SD CardReader- Sierra

Hi Rehabman.
I Have followed your any post and I had setup Mac 10.12.6 on my Dell M4700. Specs:
- Board QM77
- CPU i7 3840QM
- Ram 16gb
- WF+BT BCm4352HMB
- Graphics: HD4000+Quadro K2000M FullHD (Enable optimus on BIOS)
- LAN: 82579LMLM
- Touchpad ALPSALPS
- SDCard O2 CardReader
So work:
- HD4000 full QI/CE, max Brightness + Brightness Slide
- BCM4352 (both of WF and BT, Airdrop)
- LAN
- Touchpad
- USB 3.0
- Sleep
- Battery
Somthing i try to patch but it's not work:
- O2 cardReader
- HDMI out. My Hack detect K2000M on System information with full VRAM ((Enable optimus on BIOS). but no HDMI output. Nothing with External Display.
- Fn key to ajust Brightness, default on my hack are Fn + F3 down and Fn + Insert Up. On Windows, Fn + Up Arrow and Fn + Down Arrow
I attack my config.plist and I need your help to fix three issue.

Intel HD4000 had Injected, and i try to detect K2000M. I think i had done.
But when I plug HDMI cab, Hack cannot detect any external display.

I had set ig-flatform-id to 0x01660004 when i configuration my config at first boot time from installation USB.
Intel HD4000 had Injected, and i try to detect K2000M. I think i had done.
But when I plug HDMI cab, Hack cannot detect any external display.
