HDMI not working on hp laptop

Hdmi is not working on my hp laptop. HDMI output is tied to my NVidia 960m.graphics card.
Is there a way to get hdmi working on my laptop if it is tied to nvida graphics card.


My Laptop Specifications:

Laptop Model :- HP Pavillion 15-bc008tx

Processor :- Intel Core i7 6700 HQ (Skylake)


Ram :- 16gb DDR4


Motherboard :- HP (820D)


Graphics :- 1) Intel(R) HD Graphics 530(BIOS Device Name = \_SB.PCI0.GFX0)


2) Nvidia GTX 960m

MacOS : Catalina 10.15.3 using OpenCore bootloader

unless you install High Sierra and install the nvidia web driver then it may work

does it mean that on Catalina there is no way to get the hdmi working?

I don't want to downgrade. Please let me know if there is any other way to get the hdmi port working.
