HDMI Audio problem in a Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT

Whats up guys! I am new in this forum so, I don´t know how to post my problem (sorry).
Well, I have an Asus P8H61-MX USB3 Mother Board and a Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT 1024 MB with Mountain Lion 10.8.4, this video card have a HDMI out.
But the problem start when I am looking for connected my computer to my TV with HDMI, the video works perfectly but the problem is that the HDMI audio doesn`t work, the computer doesn`t emit the audio in HDMI and the digital out of audio doesn`t appear in Audio Settings of my hackintosh.
So could you help me with this problem? I am very confused .

the problem is that the HDMI audio doesn`t work,

You graphics card does not have an HDMI codec, no HDMI audio.
