HDD No Longer Recognised

G'day guys,

This is the quick version of where I'm up to.

- Upgraded from SL to 10.7.2 successfully.
- Decided to format the lot and go for a vanilla 10.7.2 install.
- Used Unibeast to achieve a working Vanilla install, just using the UserDSDT option.
- Started copying my content back on to my boot drive (Around 2.5 to 3 hours copy time)
- Went out for the night
- Came back the next morning to my Hack powered down, IE turned off.
- Tried to boot, being met with the "No Smoking" circle with the line through it logo during OS X boot.
- Upon reboot, BIOS can see my HDD and DVD-R, yet when I Unibeast into the Lion installer, Disk utility can't see either. I literally only see's the USB that i'm booting off.

Any help would be seriously appreciated, I'm running the F11 BIOS, and I used the UniBeast and MultiBeast - Lion Edition downloaded Saturday just gone.

Anyone?

I'm not too knowledgeable on CMOS and BIOS Resets (which seem to be mentioned a bit), but any other advice would be a lifesaver.
