HD630 Sleep/Wake fix For High Sierra

I did fresh install of High Sierra and everything works fine.
But Sleep/wake not working.

When I put my desktop in sleep and press power button to wake then cpu start and stop after 4-5 seconds and restart.

So please help me to resolve this issue.

My desktop specs :

Intel i5 7500
Intel HD 630 graphics
16 GB RAM
Gigabyte B250M-DS3H motherboard
