HD630 10.13 Freeze/Hangs

Hi everyone!

Since 10.13 fresh install (no problems in Sierra) that I am having random hangs (for some seconds) and sometimes some freezes (forcing me to do a force restart) There are error messages in Console but i am not able to figure out what the problem is. Hope someone can help me!

Lilu and IntelGraphicsFixUp are installed in L/E. In clover i have AppleALC, FakeSMC, IntelMausiEthernet, USBInjectAll and XHCI-200-series-injector kexts.

Ioreg, Log Reports, some console screenshots, config.plist are attached to this thread.

Config: i5 7600k (overclocked at @4.3Ghz); Intel HD 630 with DP 2560x1440 monitor; MSI Z270m Mortar; 8GB (4x2) DDR4 3000Mhz RAM; 850 EVO SSD

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Problems:
- iMac18,3 is discrete GPU. Better to use IGPU only SMBIOS such as iMac18,1
- TRIM+APFS is usually a bad idea. Disable TRIM or install on HFS+J instead of APFS
- why PNLF on a desktop? (remove AddPNLF_1000000, FIX_ACST_4000000, FIX_ADP1_800000 from config.plist)
- Google Chrome is hooking your USB ports (see related topic in laptop FAQ)
- FixRegions_10000000 is a mistake. Remove.
- try without Shiki.kext
- all kexts you need should be installed to the system volume. config.plist/SystemParameters/InjectKexts should be "Detect"
- install SATA-200-series-unsupported.kext (it is attached to the laptop Clover guide, linked from the laptop FAQ)
- CsmVideoDxe-64.efi is usually a mistake

One more time, thank you so much @RehabMan . I will try and post some feedback. It is the same config.plist that I used in 10.12.6 and everything was working ok so i suspected that those are problems with High Sierra but with so many wrong things and mistakes in my config... One more question, do you recommend to disable trim or to re-install system on HFS+J format?

@RehabMan One more time, thank you for your help. Seems like the problem was solved using your fixes. I didn't change the SMBIOS to 18,1 because i am planning to buy a dGPU this week. One more time, thank you for your support and for your time in this forum!
