This config.plist is SKL spoof.
Note: With 10.12.6, no need for FakeCPUID (you can keep just the graphics spoof settings, but eliminate FakeCPUID).
You have way too many kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts. Clover/kexts is for "essential" kexts only.
For initiate the DVMT patch, you must boot with an invalid ig-platform-id then rebuild caches, then reboot.
Your profile does not indicate screen resolution.
Your method of NVMe is not good. See FAQ for my spoof guide.
No need for SSDT-IGPU and the other SSDT you have in ACPI/patched. Remove.

Thank you I will correct them after I fixed this problem.
I have booted with an invalid ig-platform-id to install System.
If I booted anything that's not 0x12345678, the image would have become as showing.
Any other ideas that might cause this to happen?

Try different ig-platform-id values.
Make sure you applied the pixel clock patch correctly.
May need to inject EDID.
