HD4600 issue on Sierra 10.12.4

Hi,
I recently updated to 10.12.4 and get some issue.
When it worked on El Captian 10.11.6, the boot won't took so long time, and the boot can be done when the desktop showed up.
After the Apple logo ( 1 to 8 and back again ), the last 50% will take a longer time than the first 50%.
And the desktop will freeze for a while, the mouse moves not fluently at all.
Everything will be OK after "a while".

System info :
Lenovo Y50-70-AM-ISE
CPU - i7 4710HQ
Graphic - HD4600

"HD4400/HD4600 crashing with Safari and video playback"
Is the same issue with the screen frozen?
It seems no solution as well.

I don't know what you mean by "screen frozen".
No solution that I know of for the temporary unresponsiveness after login and wake from sleep.
