Boot the system and when on the Clover boot screen press the F11 key to reset NVRAM, see if that helps.
Otherwise it might be we need to use a different driver than OpenRuntime.efi, i.e. one of the AptioMemoryFix drivers.

Try this CLOVER folder, I have swapped out OpenRuntime.efi and replaced it with AptioInputFix.efi and AptioMemoryFix.efi.
See if this setup works any better.
