HD4400 4MB VRAM

Hello,everyone.I have already installed the drivers (FakePCIID.Kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.Kext ) into the extensions folder , but the GPU does not work because I am using the VGA port ? Can it work if I use the DVI-I to VGA cable ? My monitor doesn't have another port.

Your CPU i3-4340 has HD4600, not HD4400.

Only if it is actually what you mention (active DVI-D to VGA).
Most DVI->VGA cables are actually DVI-A to VGA.
Read about DVI to understand better (both analog and digital are present in the same connector).

My port is pure digital output(DVI-D) then I use the cable to convert digital signal to analog signal
