HD 4000 problems

Hi there,

When I'm booting my system, my screen looks always like the picture I attached.
My system specs are:
i7-3770k No Overclocking
4x4GB HyperX DDR3 1600MHz RAM
1x OCZ Vertex 3 240GB SSD
2x WD 1TB Black HDD
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H (F8)

Specials things in the Boot.Chameleon.plist.
Quiet Boot -> yes
Default Partiton -> hd(0,2) This is the SSD.

The display is connected via HDMI.
When I unplug and replug the HDMI cable, the screen is back ok.

What can this strange thing be?

this is long, but have all the info you need to get this to work. The first post is updated and does likely have all the info you need.
