Hello,
I have gone through all of the steps to build my machine and it works great except for the display. Every time I re-boot my display is garbled on the top of the screen and the bottom is black. I ran chimera 1.11.1 and the next reboot was perfect. I just rebooted again and its garbled again. I unplugged the DVI cable then plugged it back in and the regular screen came back. Any suggestions about what I can do to prevent unplugging and plugging back in....thank for any insight you can provide!

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issue and am interested in any possible solution.
Thanks

Billy

For HD4000 make sure u specify the Graphics Mode in your boot.plist.

At boot u can enter "Graphics Mode"="1920x1080x32" (replace with your monitors native resolution)

In your org.chameleon.Boot.plist enter:

<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1920x1080x32</string>

again replace with your monitors native resolution.

I have the same issue. For me, putting the computer to sleep and then waking it up fixes the issue. Its a hassle but its better than unplugging the monitor.
