Having Trouble getting H.264 exporting to work (Error-12912)

I have been having some issues trying to export as h.264 in FCPX with no luck. This is my clover settings and my build. Am I overlooking something? Somewhat new to the Hackintosh world and this is a fresh install of Mojave within past week.

Attached is all the settings for my clover in screenshot format. If there's something I didn't attach please let me know and I appreciate any and all help.

Ive looked at a bunch fo those and attempted those fixes with no luck which is why I was seeing if someone knew I was doing something specifically wrong with my build. Thank you for the extra resources to check out though. Ill let you know if I have any luck.
 
bump ... event had much luck yet any help would be appreciated.
