Having issue while attaching dual monitor

Hi,
I have build my Yosemite Hakintosh with Asus h81 m monther board and Gigabyte nvedia GT 630. Now the problem is while I am attaching a individual monitor (DVI / VGA) its working properly but when I plug both DVI and VGA for dual monitor support then both monitor goes to standby mood. I have checked the system properties for my graphics card and it's showing nvedia GT630 (I think its ensure the driver is installed properly).

Could you please let me know how to solve this issue ?

Hi there, could you post a screenshot of the System Profiler graphics pane please? Sys Profiler will be in /Applications/Utilities.
