Having A weird start page

hello there community ,
Laptop config
Intel pentium version year 2012
2 GB RAM
Couldn't figure out the display resolution (should be around 1366x768 def no more than that)

I tried installing Mac OS sierra it does seem to install but the only issue the screen shows or splits into grid with 2 legible views and other two opposite .(i have uploaded a picture .)
I did try after this with this horrendous view it continued.

If there's any fix I would be grateful to know .
