get a quick KP with reboot, tried -v could not see what caused it.

will try replace mach_kernel again, seems like the install error.

no dice, get reboot error....back to reinstalling...:0/, cannot boot in safe mode..

Sounds like you don't have replacment mach_kernel in place, or are not using KernelPatcher. Not sure why installing Chameleon would do that unless you also removed KernelPatcher module (remember, you still need to patch for lapic panic, because I did not modify the source at all in this kernel... Local APIC panic is still a problem on most HP consumer laptops).

could not boot without the mach_kernel you made.

installed chameleon 2.1 r2069 which is the newest i could find, rebooted and had the problem.
its over a year old.

know of any newer chameleon?

No Kext loaded, and only 1024x768 in options.
look like its still only vesa.

Did you remove the nvidia kexts yet?

Also, when using Chameleon you must use GraphicsEnabler=Yes, otherwise IntelAzulFB has no effect.
