You should also try to set "cpus=1" at boot-args, since your PC is dell T5810 which has 1 CPU support.
Does this mean it would only use 1 core when using the hackintosh?

Exactly that.
Sometimes it helps during the installation phase though.

Thanks for your confirmation.
No luck on this one as well, the screen stuck at 'waiting for all thread"

I tried to update from Big Sur to Monterey, before this one all OTA updates were smoothly.

I tried OTA update and fresh update, followed the Dortania's Guide for Haswell-E (using iMacPro1,1), all got the same panic in the following pictures.

My hardware is a DELL Precision Tower 5810:

CPU: Xeon-E5 1650-v3

GPU: RX580

RAM: 64GB ECC (come with the desktop, don't know the brand)

Motherboard: X99

Audio Code: alc-3

Wifi: Fenvi

I have also upload a copy of my EFI folder, if you need more info, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Hi Degnoz:

Could you please share your EFI file to me for the Big Sur fresh install.

I have the same DELL Precision Tower 5810
CPU: Xeon-E5 1650-v3

I used the EFI file you uploaded here, but an error occurred during the installation.

The error is occurred when the installation left 14 mins, message as below:

"An error occurred loading the update.

I am not sure if you changed any config for the Monterey installation to cause this error.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Have you fixed your problem installing Monterey on Dell T5810?

This is an old thread, but want to update that the T5810 installation/booting issue for Monterey/Ventura (TSC out of synch) has been solved. Check out my EFI solution here.
