Hardware is not recognized by MAC OSX

Hey There!

I got the Mac OSX on my Samsung Laptop (R520) installed, but it won´t recognize the Hardware inside.
How can I get software on to Mac the mac? Right now it, won´t recognize the graphic card, the W-LAN card or any USB port. All I have right now the CD drive and so far it has only recognized the Mac Installer CD And the IBoot CD.
