I am a first time Hackintosher trying to install Sierra. I've made it all the way to the install prompt, but my SSD isn't showing for me to do the format. What am I doing wrong?

Equipment:
Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7
Samsung EVO 950 NVMe M.2 SSD

Troubleshooting Methods:
1. I've tried reformatting the OS USB in both UEFI and Legacy modes. Legacy didn't work at all, even when switching to Legacy setting in the bios.
2. Not sure if my BIOS has CFG-Lock
3. Not sure if IO SerialPort is the same as Super IO Configuration
