Menu (I am cooking):
Turkey (of course)
Cornbread Dressing to go with
Giblet Gravy
Smoked Ham (for those who don't care for turkey)
Green Bean Casserole (green beans, mushroom soup, 5 shredded cheeses and fried onions on top, cook till cheese melts)
Parker House yeast rolls from old recipe I got somewhere
Lemon Pound Cake
Black Walnut Cake
Lemon Meringue Pie
Chocolate Cream Meringue Pie
Iced Tea with meal and Coffee with dessert
Turkey is on the spit in the grill right now - will cook until done, basting with juices from catch pan below, then warm in oven tomorrow along with ham before serving.
