Handoff/Conitnuity does not work iOS > macOS while using BCM94360CD

Hello all,
I bought an Apple Genuine BCM4360CD WiFi + BT Combo with a x1 PCIe adapter. As I can tell from other guides, this card should work out of the box with all features supported. In addition, macOS reports Handoff, AirDrop, Instant Hotspot, etc. are all listed as supported. However, Handoff is very finicky. I can only handoff from macOS to iOS successfully, and anything that goes from iOS to macOS is completely broken. (Handoff doesn't even show up in the Dock). Everything works great on my real iMac.

Also, WiFi worked great as soon as I plugged it in- no issues. However on Bluetooth, I had to use RehabMan's BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext to get macOS to recognize it. I also tried the alternate method of PatchRAMV2, NonPatchRAMV2, FirmwareRepo, but doesn't get macOS to recognize it (And yes I removed BluetoothInjector first). I also used a patch for Handoff under IOBluetoothFamily that was mentioned in another guide but doesn't seem to affect anything.

Try updating to macOS 10.13.4 (+iOS 11.3.1 maybe).
Handoff started working better here after the update to 10.13.4 (Already had iOS 11.3 beta before). BCM94352 though.
