Half Boot Up

I recently built a new Customac mini and uploaded the software onto it, but when I finished the post installation with MultiBeast, every time I try to boot it up not using the thumb drive the Apple logo comes on and I can only boot it up half way. Can some one please help.

@5a2k, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)
