I want to build a Hakintosh and dual boot Windows and Mac os. I've done it before, but it didn't work that well because the parts weren't compatible too well. This time I'm going to make sure I pick out compatible parts, but the problem is I'm going to build a computer with the newest 2016 hardware, for example: Intel core i7 6900k, nvidia gtx 1080, x99 2011-v3 motherboard. This website doesn't show that these components are compatible with Mac os, but that's probably because these parts are really new. Can any of you help me out and let me known if these components will work and not give me a hard time with Mac OS?

Not recommended because your parts are not supported in OS X.
GTX 1080 will probably never be native support, so you have to depend on nVidia for GPU driver
x99 is unsupported until Apple upgrades the MacPro from X79 - which it may never do, or may upgrade to some other chipset.
i7 6900K Broadwell-E, again, too new, unsupported.

You might want to rethink your parts list and use something from the Buyer's Guide.
