Hi everybody! (I already apologize for my broken english)

In 2015, a guy made me a Hackintosh Desktop which worked well until now. It suddenly stopped booting correctly, I don't really know why.
So, I tried to reinstall Yosemite on the main HD via a MacBook Pro.

I can boot well on the MacBook Pro with choosing this external hard which I installed Yosemite on as startup disk.
But when I plug it back in the Desktop, this HD appears in the Bios, but I have the error message "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press any key".

I would like to know if I need to change some configuration in the Bios (I already tried a lot of different way) - Screenshots attached
or if I did install Yosemite wrong on the HD?
Or if I need to reinstall the whole system from zero, someone could explain me step by step (or with a good link).

I really need this desktop fixed to be able to work again. Thanks a lot for your help!
