Hackintosh with ASRock H61De/S3?

Hello,
my question is, if i can build a Hackintosh with the ASRock H61DE/S3?
My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560, is that possible to?
And the processor is a INTEL i5 3.10GHz Quad Core.
