Hackintosh / VR Config Advice

Hi,
I'm planning to build a new PC for a dual Boot Windows (VR Gaming + Machine Learning test) and a Hackintosh.
Is this is useful build or can anyone for example recommend swapping the processor for a better / cheaper alternative? I'm not sure if I need the i7 or should look for an i5 in the same price range which might have better specs in the end?

Everything looks good except for your ram choice. You must use DDR4 ram with a Z270 motherboard. I would keep the I7 CPU if you can budget that in.
