"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (no EFI/Clover).
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Even the Clover bootloader main page at the startup is slow I think the problem is fundamental because when I move the pointer it skips and don't know what is the problem
for the record: It wasn't like this at first, by the time it is gone like this.
And the first guide didn't help that much.

You need to follow the guides linked by post #4.

Here is the files and thanks in advance.

Now you have CPU PM implemented correctly, but ACPI is not patched correctly.
See guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.152573/

Also...
Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
Read post #2 of the Clover guide for details:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, USB not implemented correctly.
See guides linked from the FAQ:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

USB WiFi not recommended. See FAQ for WiFi hardware recommendations.
