Hi,
i have just done my first ever Hackintosh. I first installed OS 10.13 High Sierra, and everything worked just fine. I got too daring and installed the 10.13.6 Update from the Apple Store. Now my Installation is totally locked up, always stuck at "ConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0". Even when i try to boot from my Installation Stick, which i used to install 10.13 in the first place, i get the same error. I guess that means my Installation is okay and the issue lies somewhere else?

I tried:
All kinds of different Modes in Clover
Bios Update
Deleting all Kexts through Windows on a separate SSD
Using the iGPU
Booting from Installation Stick

So far, nothing has helped and don't know what else to try. Here, the output of verbose:

Hmm it seems like the picture is broken, i put it in an attachment below the post :)

My Hardware:
i7 8700K
AsRock Z370M-ITX/ac
Gainward GTX 1080 Phoenix
16GB DDR4-2400
Samsung 850evo 250GB [MacOS, APFS], Crucial MX500 1TB [Windows, NTFS]

Thank you all in advance :)

Each time that an update changes the build number the web drivers stop working.
Boot with nv_disable=1 and update the web drivers.
