Hey,
I've been using High Sierra for a few months and now I tried to switch from old graphics Ati to new Gtx but after restart I stucked into issue where my computer stops during boot at Apple logo and empty progress bar.
I tried to fix issue with reverting settings. I started OSX from bootable USB and copied EFI folder from USB to High Sierra. After restart and boot from hard drive computer still stops at Apple logo.
I found this thread with suggestion to check USB ownership and injection but I already have this settings checked.
Any other idea how to fix this?
