Not sure what exactly happened, but i havent used my hackintosh for about a month, and today i tried going on it, and i couldn't seem to get it to work. Normally, when i start up my hackintosh, it takes me to the boot screen, where it shows the circles, allowing you to navigate between them with your arrow keys, choosing one to boot from. I have two of them, one called ML and the other called ssd, and i normally booth from ssd using npci=0x2000 and the computer works fine. But now, the ssd doesn't seem to be there. Only the ML appears, and when i run that, it tries to install Mountain Lion again. Ive tried other things such as unplugging all the SATA cables, linking my SSD and hard drive, but that didn't work. Any ideas how to fix this, without going through the while process of setting up the usb drive again, and installing MountainLion.

P.S. I still boot from a USB drive, which i always have.

Should i redo the entire USB?
