I'm not sure the CPU cooler you chose will be enough to cool the i9-9900K.

The H110v2 (240mm) was plenty for my 7980xe. I did modify it with putting Noctua PWM fans on both front and back which required a trip to the hardware store, but it is both cool and quiet. Since he has an "H" motherboard, I don't think he intends to overclock it. That H150 should be overkill for a 95W CPU without overclocking it. I'd use a Noctua NH-L9x65 with a 25mm fan and forget water cooling.
