I'm going to build my first hackintosh and have never build even a PC before, so excuse me for this question but:
I really want the 2080ti for gaming on windows, but does any one know when there will be drivers out for that gpu?
My CPU would be the i9 9900k.
Would you guys recommend a Nvidia GPU (1080ti, TitanXp or 2080ti) or a AMD RX Vega 64?

At this time, no one knows if and when Nvidia will release new web drivers.

My .02: Skip NVidia on a Mojave (or later) based Mac (I love NVidia, don't get me wrong) - the architecture is built around AMD graphics.

As to the 2080Ti on a Mac - why? The ray tracing isn't even used by the OS AFAIK, and only a few games (probably PC only as well) currently support that (though more in the future I'm sure).

The Vega 64 is a great card for a general purpose Mac.
