I'm in the post installation phase and I'm trying to figure out the drivers for my laptop's keyboard and trackpad.

I have an...

Msi GS60 (Ghost, Gaming Series)
Steelseries Build in Keyboard
Build in Elan trackpad
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LIZQDG6/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

I'm working through the other drivers as well and I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing as this is my first time. Is there a more in-depth guide for how to choose the correct options when using multibeast?

Thanks for any help!

When your trackpad and keyboard is connected via PS2, you should install VoodooPS2Controller.kext.
When your trackpad and keyboard is connected via I2C, you should use VodooI2C.kext.
Informations about VoodooI2C can you find here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/wip-voodooi2c-i2c-trackpad-limited-support.204227/
You can find it out when you running a Linux life USB ( for example with Ubuntu 16.04 ) and type "lspci -nn" in terminal.

High, i'm having the same issue with my laptop Acer Aspire 5755g, i'm nearly to get a functional High Sierra 10.13.3 but keyboard and trackpad still not working after trying voodooPS2controler (the last one), this kext cause reboots at startup (in Clover/other OR S/L/E) with Kexthelper.
the keyboard is shown as PS2 in Win10 and trackpad as Synaptics.
any idea of something to try ?
