hackintosh lags after wake from sleep

Hey,

I have a Hackintosh with the following specs:
Cpu: i5-3470
Ram: 16gb DDR3
GPU: Nvidia 1050ti
Mobo: MSI h61m-p20 (g3)

OS: MAC OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G66)

And this is the only issue I have left. When I put my Hackintosh to sleep and then wake it up everything is normal except it lags like crazy and it's unusable. All the animations are laggy, and everything is stuttering. When I restart my computer everything is back to normal and I can use it as normal.

log show --last 5m | grep TSC

if you see messages like:
Unsynchronized TSC for CPU ...

Then you need this kext:

The kext helps, after putting it into kext/others folder the hackintosh wake fast from sleep without any problems. Sometimes the system shut down after going into sleep, but I managed it with some other kexts etc.

That kext helped me fix my issue as well even though my log doesn't show Unsynchronized TSC for CPU. This would help other people who face this issue.
