You are going to have trouble with built-in Ethernet on the GA-H61M-S2P board. It is an unsupported Atheros chip. A better board that is similar would be the GA-H61M-DS2 either rev. 1.2 or 2.0 but not rev. 1.0. I bought the board thinking all revisions had RTL8111E ethernet but the rev 1.0 which I happened to get from Amazon had the unsupported Atheros chip. This was months back so I highly doubt you can even find a rev 1.0 board anymore.

I think that board is a great deal if you are planning to use a PCI Express graphics card. It's a tight fit since it is a very compact Micro ATX board but so is the GA-H61M-S2P you have been looking at.

Your other components should be fine. I have no experience with that particular graphics card but you should be all right with it as far as I know.

Update: There is a kext for the Atheros ethernet I believe. I didn't double check model number but you can look at the specs. The kext is available here http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2053 but this kext is not part of MultiBeast and I do not know how well it works.
