Hackintosh for streaming: trouble with hardware acceleration (ECAMM app for Facebook Live)

My specs:
macOS High Sierra 10.13.3
MSI Z270 GAMING M3
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4 Gb (using with last version Web Drivers)

In my new Hack all works, but I get trouble with app for streaming (ECAMM Live). When I run it I have a error message:

Warning: Video Encoder Busy
Another app is using the the Mac's hardware-accelerated video encoder. This may affect Ecamm Live's ability to stream. Quit any other apps that may be encoding video.

However no one another app isn't running.

All the same I have another similar problem. It's UI lags. It look like FPS deficiency during systems animations. Apparently these are related problems.

I get that same message on Ecamm. No clue why it says that. Also, Ecamm uses SO MUCH CPU capacity. Heats the computer up quickly. It's clear to me it's doing everything through the CPU and not GPU. Very odd.
