Hackintosh Drive (external) boot on MBP 2017?

Hello guys, I was wondering if I put my ssd into a 2.5 enclosure and connected it to my Macbook Pro 2017 if I would be able to boot straight into Mac OSX HS without any issues?

I know you hold down one of the keys on boot up to select the drive but with Clover might cause issues....

You are strongly discouraged from trying to boot a drive with Clover on a real Mac as it may render the Mac unbootable :

I saw somewhere else mentioning someone moving away from a hack to a genuine mac and they deleted a fake kext HDA maybe? And overwritten the hack HD EFI with the genuine mac one
