Hackintosh Compatibility

I am hoping to install Mountain Lion onto my computer that I am about to build. Are my parts compatible:

GIGABYTE Z77X-D3H
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
OCZ Vertex 4 VTX4-25SAT3-128G 2.5" 128GB SATA III
EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti

I have heard that the GTX550 Ti may have problems on Mountain Lion.

The motherboard's audio is not supported. Recommend to change to the GA-Z77-DS3H or the GA-Z77X-UD5H which has supported audio. If you insist on using that motherboard, you may need to get a USB audio device to get audio.

I am using an Avid Fast Track USB Audio Interface to connect my speakers. Will that work. If audio is the only incompatibility with the motherboard that is fine. I have heard that the 550 Ti has some problems, so I think I will exchange it for the 560 Ti, because it is priced pretty close, and is on the recommended parts list.
