Hey all,
I'm putting together a new build, I know there are a lot of these threads but any input is appreciated!

I'm a professional photographer, so this will mostly be used for Lightroom/Photoshop and handling large RAW/TIFF files. Usually batches in the 1000's of files from weddings etc.

Here is my proposed spec, it might be a little over the top for now, but i'm looking long term here:

Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 (already owned)

OS: Mountain Lion

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5-TH

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770k

PSU: Corsair HX-850

PSU Cooler:
CoolerMaster Hyper 412 Slim

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB pack) 1600MHz

Graphics:
EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

SSD: SanDisk Extreme SSD 240GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Extra stuff:
Blu-ray Drive - Recommendations? Will the Pioneer BDR-207DBK work with Mountain Lion?
Wifi Card/ Bluetooth: Am I correct in assuming the Wifi/Bluetooth that comes with board doesn't work?
For Wifi I would then get the TP-Link TL-WDN4800 and a small bluetooth dongle.

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks

Everything looks good!

BD: IDK.
WiFi/BT: As you say.
TP-Link: Good pick, and for BT search with these names: "targus", "iogear", "rocketfish".

The BDR will work fine - I have one in the P8Z77-I build.
WiFi/Bluetooth - there is no card that comes with the board, so yes, you need other solution.

Thanks for the replies! Much appreciated

Will go ahead and order and update thread as I go!

850W is way overkill. Go with a 600W psu.
