This is my first post, but my 3rd build. This system is not from new parts, but still fast. I used a 2nd hand PC. I designed and printed 3d parts including the bluetooth box, usb PCI slot mounts, dual 120mm fan mount and custom logo. My logo can be found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:467853 as well as the BT box http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644226. It's running Dual 256GB ssd's raid 0. I had no problems with the OS install thanks to this site. I hand built the G5 front I/O cable. I tested and all front ports do work. I love the G5 case. I used a lot of info from -
Flavio's Mini Build: Core i7-3770T - Intel DH77DF build. Now for some Photos ---

I like your build. 3d printed parts open up a lot of possibilities! Never seen it done on a G5 mod. Kudos!

The only part I am not sure about is the airflow.
It looks like the psu is pushing air out of the from the case down and out of the base.
Isn't that against the airflow of the rest of the setup? Unless it's reversed is it? (You have the air going back to front.)

I have been thinking about putting the PSU at the front and reversing the airflow for this very reason.

I am sure it's all well cooled anyway. Just wanted to ask if that is how its setup.

Really great mod.

Thanks for the comments. The PSU is pushing down and out. Good eye for detail on that. That seemed to work best. All the other fans push from front to back. The system temps stay low even under load. I rely like to designing and print custom parts now. I've had my 3d printer for about 8 months now. Still learning what it can and can't do. It's the Da Vinci 1.0 so I hacked it and put Repetier firmware on it. I can now run any filament I want.

I still have 2 more complete G5 cases to use. I look forward to starting the next system soon.

My first Hackintosh was in a MacPro case. After using both I like the G5 case better. It's easier to work with and I know the front panel I/O better.

Update.
Now Running Mojave.
Everything is working great! I'll need to make a short list of how I did the install.

Hi, congratulations for your project.
I just installed my first hackintosh with Mojave but I do not know how to use the new multibeast. I would like to know if you can give me a hand because I saw that we have the same motherboard and I haven't find anything that could help me.
thanks a lot
