i think overheating is the cause of the hard freeze and it could be the reason for your laptop as well.

Same here! My laptop running 10.14.6 started restarting 1-2 times a day since a couple of weeks ago (maybe related to update to 10.14.6), usually when I have a lot of services/database/docker etc running for work...Can't see anything useful in the logs. No external drives connected, everything exactly as before it started happening :/

updates: the issue is still not solved. I got two more hard freezes after changing the cooler back to h60, so I guess it was not overheating caused the freeze.
