Hey all,
I'm following The New Beginners Guide to USB Port Configuration and I'm having a strange inconsistency with my USB 3.1 Host Controller. I'm able to access the devices when plugged into the 3.1 Ports, but they are not indexed in Hackintool. This drive "Install macOS Catalina" is currently plugged into my USB 3.1 port, and I'm clearly able to access it perfectly, but you can see, it's not showing up in Hackintool.
Is this something basic that I'm not understanding about the ASM2142 Controller? Should I just not worry about it?
Another weird thing is that my System Report is showing a different device that I plugged in earlier, ejected, and physically removed completely.
The image shows my 32Gb USB 3.0 build drive, but System Report is stuck showing me that only a USB-C card that I plugged in earlier is what's still active.
