Hack compatibility- Z77X-UD5H Wifi - I5 3570k - HD4000 graphics

Here's my parts list :

Motherboard Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Wifi -
Processor I5 3570k
No graphics card as I am hoping to use HD4000 graphics
8x2 Gb Patriot Viper 3 1866
Logitech k750 Apple keyboard
Logitech mouse

ML 10.8.1 or 10.8.2 ( I have prepared 2 unibeast sticks just in case)

Community, I need your comments : Any particular known caveats, glitches, potential hiccups with the above gear? I have already bought everything except the processor, which is due tomorrow, and build shall hopefully start on Thursday.

Before everyone shouts at me, I purchased the wifi version of the gigabyte MB as Amazon was offering it at the same price as the one without wifi, but I know that that wifi card is not compatible.

Are the keyboard and mouse USB? If so they should work.

The system should work with Mountain Lion.
