I have some old 2009 Apple Xserves that I have been trying to keep running with decent speed over the years. I use them for my small business and they must be running 99.9% of the year. I only reason I haven't upgraded yet is because Apple doesn't offer any computers with dual power supplies. I'd like to know if any has some experience with keeping a Hackintosh stable for long periods of time.

Money is not an issue as long as it's within reason. I just need something that can pretty much run 24/7 360+ days a year without any major hiccups.

Take a look at the Lenovo TS140 ThinkServer.
Very easy to hack.
Cheap to buy and quiet to run.

I would be willing to build it myself as I already have a decent redundant psu. I would also kind of like something more powerful than a Haswell i3 or equivalent xeon. Also I don't really like the Lenovo Bios having some experience with a Broadwell based i3 ThinkCentre. Rack mount would be cool too.

I agree with P1lgram....ts140 is cheap and easy to hackintosh...
