The percentage depends on what your DSDT returns in _BIF.

I have made this tutorial work as was mentioned in the thread but with few problems
Somehow camera doesn't work
Wifi Card doesn't work

and when I apply "Disable from _INI" patch on SSDT6.dsl it gives error _OFF object doesn't exist when I compile it.

My CPU is P150SM-A:

Did you install compatible WiFi hardware?

Did you uncomment the External line in the patch?
 
This guide can also be used for EL Capitan?

That's Skylake -- completely different architecture (this guide is Haswell).

No Skylake laptop has been hacked that I know of...

Update: Solved now my internal speaker is working! Reference: VoodooHDA 2.8.7
